Arteriosclerosis:
• Arteriosclerosis is a condition in which the walls of the arteries thicken
• This leads to reduction of blood and oxygen supply to the affected parts of the body

The symptoms vary depending on which body part is affected.
1. If arteries of the legs are affected:
• Legs become numb and cold
• Painful cramps
2. If arteries of the heart are affected:

1. Remove peels of 2 lemons
2. Chop them finely
3. Add 2 tbsp of peels to 1 glass of hot water

1. Boil 1 cup of water
2. Mix 1 tsp of dry parsley in it
